Our experienced and friendly staff support most brands of computers and operating systems. We offer you the option of having one of our staff members work directly at your
home or business, or a free pick-up service.
Here's how our service works:
When you contact us via email or call us at 303-668-9628 and speak to one of our friendly staff, we will take the time to discuss your computer problem and schedule a service call. If your issue is one that we can help you with, we will give you a quote on
how much time it will take us to fix the specific issue. You are only charged for the time that we are there, if we quote you 2 hours and the issue only takes 1

Next, when it is most convenient for you a technician will arrive at your home or business. They will review your issue with you, and then they will begin the work. Once the technician finishes the work, they will ask you to verify the problem has been corrected and thoroughly test
out your computer, so you can feel confident that the job was done right.
Your satisfaction is our main goal, for this reason we warranty our services for 24 hours after the technician leaves your home.
